Healthy Pizza Option

For a couple years now, my parents had been making me delicious alfredo pizza. When I started Weight Watchers, I knew that not being able to eat that pizza anymore was going to be difficult. Luckily, after some searching on Pinterest, I found an easy pizza dough recipe with only two ingredients!

Ingredients:

1. Plain, non-fat, Greek yogurt (1/2 cup)

2. Self-rising flour (1/2 cup)

All you have to do to create this dough is combine the flour and yogurt. I do this with a big spoon and then put it on some more flour and knead it into a ball and then proceed to flatten it out on a cutting board. You can add on whichever toppings you want, and if you're on Weight Watchers, the dough is only 6 points!

Tips:

1. My roommate and I have added in some seasoning to the dough to make it more flavorful, such as basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. You can split the dough in half if you're looking for a smaller portion.

3. The dough can also be used to make other baked items like bagels!

4. If you can't find self-rising flour, or don't want to go out to buy it, you can add in baking powder and salt to make the flour self-rising. This is what I do and it works just fine!

5. For my alfredo pizza, I use alfredo sauce from the store, and low-fat, part-skim mozzarella, basil, and chicken or tomatoes.
